Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders sent or shipped within the state of Arizona will be charged 7.8% sales tax.
What form of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
What's your return policy?
Due to the custom nature and time put into a majority of my items they are not returnable. If a mistake is made on my end like sending the wrong color, incorrect information on invite/art print, quantity or item I will make it right and ship you the correct item.
The item I purchased is a gift, can you send a special message to the recipient?
Yes, just let me know in the message box at check out that this is a gift and state what message you would like me to send. This message is FREE and will just be on a little note card. Please note the item will not be gift wrapped.
I love your artwork can I use (steal) your designs and pretend they are my own?
Ok, this might not be a real question asked but gives me an excuse to address this subject! All my designs and artwork on this site unless otherwise noted is all done by me, Amy Miller. All artwork has come from my own ideas and drawn by me. No clip-art used here folks, only original designs. All designs, artwork and photos are copyright Amy Miller. Please refrain from copying my artwork, it's not only illegal but it produces some bad karma that will haunt you! ; ) One of my favorite quotes: Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.
Do you do custom design work?
Printables & Art Prints - Kind of. I typically don't do design work "from scratch", meaning you approach me with your idea and I make it come to life. I can customize my current designs to fit your needs. For example if you need the colors or the graphics changed a little to fit your needs, that I can do. There will most likely be a small change design fee for these type of changes. Please contact me with what type of changes you would like made on what item and I can let you know if I can do it and the additional charge.
Faux Cupcake Decorations - If you like my cupcake decorations but don't see the exact color and/or pattern in my shop let me know what you are looking for. I have a variety of cupcake liner colors and patterns that I don't have listed for sale in my shop. Most likely I can find something to fit your needs.
Do you offer printing services?
I don't offer printing services right now but I might in the future. For now the printable items are just digital files that you can print on your home computer or take to a printing service company like Staples, Kinkos and etc.

All digital .pdf & .jpg files/designs and hard copy printed designs (like art prints) are to be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY! Commercial use, re-selling, making a profit from, forwarding and sharing these files/designs is strictly prohibited. You may NOT sell the finished (printed & cut) designs. All designs are original creations and are copyright of ©Amy Miller Designs. All rights reserved. The copyright is NOT transferred with the purchase of these files/designs. By purchasing these files/designs you agree to these terms.
Digital Files - Digital files are NOT editable. You will not be able to bring them into another design program such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and edit them. If you need something changed on the file please contact me to do it. There will be a small change design fee for this.
Screen Monitors - Please note that ALL screens (computers, tablets, mobile phones and etc.) display colors differently. I do my best to make the photos of my products look as close to their actual colors but I can not guarantee that the colors will be an exact match to what you see on your screen.
