Orders ship Monday - Friday from the Phoenix, Arizona USA area. Please note USPS (United States Postal Service) does not guarantee delivery time frames for First Class & Priority Mail so once your package is in USPS's system Amy Miller Designs has no control when your package arrives. Delivery times are just estimates.
Amy Miller Designs is not responsible for packages once they are within USPS.
When will my order ship?
Faux Cupcake Decoration - allow 4 business days after your payment is confirmed plus shipping days (see above shipping rates and time frames) to receive your order.
Art Prints - allow 2 business days after your payment is confirmed plus shipping days (see above shipping rates and time frames) to receive your order.
Printable Items - if an item (such as invitations) requires personalized information please allow 3 business days to receive your .pdf or .jpg file by e-mail. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received your file(s) in a timely manner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please e-mail me with the items you would like along with your address and I will e-mail a shipping quote to you. Amy Miller Designs is not responsible for any additional fees like customs tariffs and/or charges that your country may impose on your package. Please make sure you know your countries policies on receiving packages from the USA.
I need my order in a hurry, do you think it will get to me by a certain date?
If you need your order fast and aren't sure if it will make it on time please e-mail me BEFORE you place your order so I can let you know if I'll be able to have your item(s) available in time.
What's your return policy?
Due to the custom nature and time put into a majority of my items they are not returnable. If a mistake is made on my end like sending the wrong color, incorrect information on invite/art print, quantity or item I will make it right and ship you the correct item.
The item I purchased is a gift, can you send a special message to the recipient?
Yes, just let me know in the message box at check out that this is a gift and state what message you would like me to send. This message is FREE and will just be on a little note card. Please note the item will not be gift wrapped.
